1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Liquid Consulting LLC ("Liquid Consulting", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. They govern your use of the website at www.liquidconsulting.co (the "Site") and the content we publish on it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Our services
Liquid Consulting is a performance-based cold email lead generation agency. We build and run outbound email campaigns that book qualified sales calls for business-to-business companies.
This Site is informational. If you become a client, your engagement is governed by a separately signed services agreement. If anything in a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Using the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, review our case studies and resources, book a consultation, or apply for a role. You agree that you will not:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the Site, or interfere with how it works.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site.
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Our Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy also applies to your use of the Site.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, design, logos, case studies, playbooks, and videos, belong to Liquid Consulting LLC or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for your own business evaluation or personal use. You may not republish, copy, or distribute Site content without our written permission.
5. Third-party services and links
The Site links to or embeds services run by other companies, including Calendly (for booking calls), YouTube and Wistia (for video), LinkedIn, and our client portal at portal.liquidconsulting.co. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Case studies and statistics on the Site describe real, historical results for specific clients. They are examples, not promises. Past results do not guarantee any future outcome for your business. Any performance commitments we make to a client are set out only in that client's signed services agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquid Consulting LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of your use of the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. This mirrors the limitation of liability in our client services agreements.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
