Campaign Strategist
You own the strategy for a portfolio of B2B clients end to end. You define the ICP, pick the angles, brief the writers, and read the dashboard every day. When a campaign stalls, you find the root cause and fix it. You report on outcomes, not activity.
What you'll own
- ICP + offer + angle for each client in your book
- Weekly review of dashboard KPIs and the call to swap, rewrite, or scale
- Client communication, performance reviews, and renewal calls
- Briefing writers and reviewing variants before they ship
Inbox Manager
You run the inbox. Replies come in, you qualify them fast, and you book the call. You write reply drafts that sound like the client and you keep the pipeline clean. You are the front line between a cold email and a real conversation.
What you'll own
- Reply triage and qualification across your client book
- Booking calls and confirming attendance
- Reply draft quality (AI assists, you finalize)
- Pipeline hygiene in the dashboard
Appointment Setter
You call the leads who engaged but did not reply. You know the offer cold and you can run a 5 minute qualification on any prospect. You log every call, you book the next step, and you feed signal back to the strategist.
What you'll own
- Daily outbound dials against the engaged-no-reply list
- 5 minute qualification scripts you tune by client
- Booking discovery calls onto strategist or client calendars
- Feeding objections and signal back into campaign briefs
GTM Engineer
You build the systems the team runs on. Lead scrapers, enrichment pipelines, dashboard features, reply agents, internal tools. You read the docs, you write the code, and you ship it. The team's leverage compounds with every system you build.
What you'll own
- Lead scrapers and enrichment pipelines (Python, Node, APIs)
- Dashboard features (Astro / React / SQLite)
- Reply agent prompts, training data, and rollout
- Internal tooling and AI workflows that remove manual work
