1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Liquid Consulting LLC ("Liquid Consulting", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company. We run a performance-based business development service, by email and phone, for business-to-business companies.
This policy explains how we handle information about three groups of people:
- Visitors to www.liquidconsulting.co (the "Site").
- People who apply for a role through our hiring form.
- Business prospects we contact by email and phone on behalf of our clients.
2. Information we collect from Site visitors
We keep this light by design:
- We do not set any cookies of our own, and we do not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers on the Site. If we enable an analytics tool in the future, we will update this policy and our Cookie Policy first.
- Some pages include a Wistia video player and YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). These load content from those providers, and they may set their own cookies when you press play. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to profile visitors.
- If you book a call through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
3. Job applications
If you apply through our hiring form, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, LinkedIn URL, the role you are applying for, your written answers, and any optional links (for example a Loom video). Your application is delivered to us by email through an email delivery service and is used only to evaluate your application and contact you about it.
4. Prospect data we process for clients
Our core service is sending relevant, business-to-business email and phone outreach on behalf of our clients. To do that, we process business contact information about prospects: name, job title, company, business email address, business phone number, company details, and related professional information.
This data comes from publicly available sources, professional networks, and licensed business data providers. We process it as a service provider acting on our clients' instructions. We only use it to run that client's outreach, manage replies, and maintain opt-out and Do Not Call lists. We contact people about their work at their work email address or work phone number. We do not target consumers.
5. Calendar Connect — what we access and why
Clients can connect their calendar to Liquid Consulting so we can manage the sales meetings our campaigns generate. Connecting is optional and is initiated by the client; nothing is accessed until the client completes the authorization themselves.
What we read:
- Calendar events: title, description, start and end time, and status (confirmed, cancelled, rescheduled)
- Attendee names and email addresses on those events
- Meeting join links (for example Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom)
- The email address of the connected account
- Availability / free-busy windows, where the client has asked us to schedule on their behalf
What we write:
- We create calendar events to book meetings with prospects who reply to a campaign.
- We update or cancel events we created, when a prospect reschedules or cancels.
Why we need it:
- To report which campaigns and emails produced booked meetings.
- To book meetings directly with prospects instead of sending them a link and losing them.
- To detect cancellations and reschedules, so we do not keep following up with someone who has already cancelled.
What we do not do:
- We do not read email. We request calendar permissions only.
- We do not access calendars other than those the client explicitly connects.
- We do not use calendar data for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models.
- We do not sell calendar data.
Google user data — Limited Use. Liquid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google Calendar data only to provide and improve the scheduling and reporting features described above; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with the client's explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
Microsoft user data. The same limits apply to data we receive through Microsoft Graph. We request delegated calendar permissions only, scoped to the account that authorizes them, not tenant-wide access to other mailboxes.
How connected-calendar credentials are stored. Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key held separately from the database. They are never written to logs, never displayed in any interface, and are accessible only to the system components that need them to call the provider's API on the client's behalf.
Revoking access. A client can disconnect at any time by emailing daniel@liquidconsulting.co, or directly from their own provider's account settings. On disconnection we stop all access immediately and delete the stored authorization tokens.
6. How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- Respond to inquiries and booked calls.
- Evaluate job applications.
- Run outreach campaigns for our clients and manage replies and opt-outs.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: email delivery and sending infrastructure providers, hosting providers, scheduling tools, and video hosting. They process data on our behalf under their own contractual obligations.
When we run a campaign for a client, that client receives the replies and engagement data from their own campaign. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.
8. Your rights and choices
Opting out of our outreach. If we have emailed or called you on behalf of a client and you do not want to hear from us again, reply to any of our emails, tell us on a call, or email info@liquidconsulting.co. We add opt-outs to a suppression list and honor them across all future campaigns. We honor Do Not Call requests immediately, and we do not call numbers on our Do Not Call lists.
California (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Europe and the UK (GDPR/UK GDPR), where applicable. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal data, and to object to processing. Where we send B2B outreach by email or make B2B calls, we rely on legitimate interest as the legal basis, and you can object at any time.
To make any data request, email info@liquidconsulting.co. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. One exception: we keep suppression (opt-out) and Do Not Call lists indefinitely, because we need them to make sure we never contact you again after you opt out.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we handle, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses. They are not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
12. International transfers
We are a US company and process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
